SEASIDE Soirée
What better way to celebrate the last night at one of Southern California’s most iconic beachside resorts than by bringing the sea inside? Our client had one request for this evening affair at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel: WOW factor, and a lot of it. On the final evening of this glamorous President’s Council incentive trip, 125 top financial advisors along with their guests were celebrated at a final awards gala. The theme, décor, and celebratory details were kept under wraps, and as guests entered the ballroom - we witnessed draws literally drop. We transformed the ballroom with custom curated self-standing structures with hanging rattan lamps, added chic bars and wooden bar backs, and softened the space with white draping and light hues. To complete the look we added personalized seating with award recipient names, eclectic table top accent pieces, unique floral, and beachy boho linens. You can bet we kept the surpises coming with flowing bars, a hit variety dance band and last but not least … confetti cannons for the ultimate BANG!
