AZA Events was founded on May 4, 1991 by Amy Zak, who was one of the first destination specialists to enter the Greater Phoenix marketplace and set the mark for exceptional service and creativity. Through the 1990’s, Amy and her staff became Arizona’s industry leader for full-service destination and event management companies. In 2001, Lori James-Brownell and Roger Brownell, purchased the company and became AZA Events, Inc. continuing to set higher standards that separate us from other destination management companies.
For the past seven years, we have been rated in the Business Journal’s Annual Book of Lists as one of the “Top 20 Destination Management Companies” in the Valley. AZA Events has also continues to be part of Today’s Arizona Women “Million Dollar Club” for their sales achievements as well as awarded by Meetings West Magazine as the “Best DMC in the West”. |
