FIRESIDE CHAT

This Farewell Dinner theme at the Hyatt Regency Scottsdale was inspired by the element of “Fire.” The flames symbolizing the new flame that was forged and bonds that were made during this National Sales Meeting. On their crisp, final evening in the Sonoran desert, guests sat fireside under a star-filled sky. We created juxtaposition between wood, fabrics, “campy” seating, and the campfire itself. Guests roasted s’mores and dug in to the plentiful food stations amidst the strum of folk music and sprinkle of laughter. The perfect finishing touch: talking a stroll through the night sky with a professional stargazer.
