cOACHELLA
Our client, a global communication software company, challenged us to create a Coachella-themed event for their group of over 1,000 attendees at the Westin Kierland Resort & Spa. Coachella is a two-weekend music festival held annually in Indio, CA that is known for its indie music, unique audience and colorful art installations. Our version was an outdoor reception that featured a Battle of the Bands comprised of meeting attendees, Relay Races, Yard Games, Stilt Walkers, and a variety of local Food Trucks.
