AUTUMN IN CORONADO

This intimate dinner on the beach of the Hotel del Coronado, was inspired by Autumn in this seaside destination. The leaves may not fall to the ground, but we still enjoy the crackle of the fire and warm tones of saffron, nutmeg and citrine. The stunning table “trees” were adorned with greenery and chandeliers, providing depth to our table landscape. The five course tasting menu was chef-driven as the creators presented and described each plate devoured. A solo guitarist strummed to soothing background tunes while guests dined under the stars.
